Stacey provides virtual litigation support to New York attorneys and law firms that need experienced help with active matters, backlogs, or deadlines. She can assist with a single assignment, a burst of overflow work, or an ongoing working relationship, depending on the firm’s needs and her availability.
Before work begins, the scope, budget, deadline, and expected work product are confirmed. Stacey then performs the assignment remotely and communicates directly with the hiring attorney, providing senior-level help without the payroll, benefits, or long-term overhead associated with adding another employee.
Her virtual practice focuses on substantive written and analytical work, including document review and analysis, legal research, motion and appellate drafting, discovery drafting, medical-record review, litigation plans, and client-ready status reports. She does not accept court-appearance or deposition assignments.
